I currently do very limited coaching and mentoring and invitation to work with me is by application and referral only.

I am an experienced mentor, coach, business strategist and advisor. I take a holistic approach to my work, meaning that I see personal leadership as the basis for creating a successful work and personal life. My areas of expertise are leadership, business and personal change and transformation, people management, high performance, career development and supporting successful and high potential leaders.  

I am renowned for my down to earth, friendly approach coupled with my expertise as an experienced senior executive and successful business owner in my own right. I have postgraduate qualifications in both psychology and business, and I am on a mission to help others create their own successful, sustainable and holistic success.
